This bug makes my game literally unplayable. Every time I start it up it says EA Play Trial has expired and I need to sign in with the user who owns the game, except that is me. This is a game breaking bug and needs to be fixed ASAP. Have tried restarting, deleting and re downloading, every “solution” out there, nothing works.

You guys should be ashamed. Absolute incompetence. This just reinforces the fact I wont be purchasing any EA products ever again.
That literally did nothing.Contacted an advisor and basically said, it is what it is and for the foreseeable future as well.

This information is just completely false.
I chatted with an EA advisor, verified my identity. They walked me through a “fix”, but that did not work. Now they said that the team is aware of the bug and is working on a fix. No estimate on when it will be fixed. Very unfortunate as the game is now unplayable.
Keep annoying them, they have to fix it eventually.
