EA Preorder Bonuses Not Included

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this or not but, I preordered the PS5 version of the game off of Amazon and just got it delivered. However, it does not seem to have the preorder bonus...

    Hi there. Since you bought the game through Amazon, you'll need to contact their support to see if they can get you that code.
