Hello, my access to the forum is still denied after logging out and back in and I have logged into the game. Please advise

I'm wondering if your console account might be linked up with a different EA Account than the one you're currently logged into.
Do you have any other emails that you might have used to set up an EA Account at some point? If so, what happens if you try logging into the Forums with those to see if there's a different account?
