My teams for a rebuild would probably be Syracuse, Rutgers and Georgia State.  Of course, I would also have to do Bama - Roll Tide!

I would also do Notre Dame.

However, my complete bottom to the top rebuild would have to be UCF (in Florida), Georgia State, or Georgetown.
