With all due respect bro, there just aren’t any women that are head coaches or even major assistant coaches in college football. There are no women that are head coaches, offensive coordinators, or defensive coordinators at the FBS level. It just is not realistic and simply has no reason to be in the game unless they feel like adding it.

There is a growing trend of women getting into the industry, in position coach roles at the CFB and NFL level.
Changing perceptions takes time, but more importantly, action.
A relatively small effort to use existing audience models in the coach creator wouldn't make a difference to gameplay. But, it could inspire more people to get into the sport, making it better for all.

Well it’s a good thing that we aren’t locked to actual coaches then, right?
CUSTOM coaches. Custom is the key word there. There aren’t any 7’0 400lb skinny bald Hawaiian coaches either, but there’s an option for that.
you literally role play as a coach. Why should that be limited to only role playing as a male coach?
