They aren’t going to give you a reason. They didn’t even fix Champs league in their main money maker CUT last year. I brought it up multiple times and one intern got back to me and said they would pass the issue along to the team but it never got fixed. They definitely aren’t going to add women coaches this year. Perhaps next year and they can say it is a “new feature” but of course they will take away something else. You won’t get a reason
Adding one thing dosnt take away from another area, and would be a very easy issue to address. It's not a bug or gameplay mechanic, and it doesn't require any usage fees either.
It was an active choice they made when adding all the new coach customisation options.
