Abilities Not Lighting Up

In dynasty, I have noticed that players abilities do not activate on your side of the ball. For example, I have caught picks with players who have house call but the ability isn't lighting up and I don't even think the ability is activating. However, I have seen the abilities light up on the other side of the ball especially against the CPU. I don't know if anyone has any fixes to this or if I just have to thug it out. Thanks!
