Bring back Dynamic Recruits

Ive played this game since the the very beginning and in the past recruits use to be dynamic and were able to go up and down the top 100 throughout the season (a 3 star could turn into a 5 star, a 5 star could turn into a 4 star).  Can we please bring that back? It was such a nice thing and I'm sure I am not alone in saying I would love to see this return to the game.

This is Day 1 of asking for this, hopefully a dev or someone who could make the suggestion can see this and relay it to someone who has any type of input.
