well that's false, I spent hours Encouraging transfers during the players leaving week, it was a non negotiable for me to get Dynasty like I wanted it
You’re the only person I’ve ever heard of being able to do that. How did you do that on players leaving week? For the rest of us, encourage transfers is after training results

It’s for offline dynasty and they patched it
When you say they patched it, do you mean it’s now back in? Or that they had patched it out?
