National Championship Win Changed to Sim Loss After Commissioner Advanced Week

Has anyone else run into this in an Online Dynasty

I played and won my National Championship game. The game finished normally and I saw the final result, but before I got back to the Dynasty menu, the commissioner advanced the week. When I loaded back in, the Dynasty had recorded the game as a loss and awarded the championship to the other team.

Is there any way for a commissioner to correct a National Championship result after the week has been advanced? Has anyone had success with EA restoring a Dynasty or correcting a game outcome in a situation like this?

This is especially frustrating because it happened in the National Championship game after completing the entire season. Any information, workarounds, or experiences would be appreciated.
