What is the point of these forums? EA doesn't seem to acknowledge anything we put on here, but let a content creator or famous person say something on twitter and EA devs quote tweet it, reply to it,...

They simply don't care about 99% of the stuff that's said in here. Or at least that's what we can assume given almost no posts have any replies from mods to acknowledge our complaints.
Simply awful customer service.
