Road to CFP needs 4 min quarters, different start times, and WEATHER!!!

I have to respectfully disagree with #1. I like the games I play to be around 25 min or so. When I used to play back in the days of the PS2, the games would be around 40 to 45 min with 5 min quarters. That was too long, and it seems like you get more people quitting games when games are too long.
