Bought deluxe edition, only saying I have standard

Is anybody else having an issue where you bought the deluxe edition but it’s only saying you have the standard edition available?

Same issue here. I have the deluxe edition and it's saying I can't download till July 10th.

    Same issue. Bought deluxe from Best Buy on July 3 and still no code as of July 8.
