Game Crashing [Info Requested]

Having crashing issues in the menu after selecting play now as well as the intro in a game after getting past the team selection very frustrating if you had issues last year it’ll be worse on the crashing front, take the information as you will but it’s currently unplayable with the crashes. 

ever since madden 21 till NCAA 26 my game has been randomly crashing in the middle of games and such it’s only on madden games other games are fine and other EA games are fine just happens on Madden or NCAA and if there is a way to resolve this please tell me.

This happened last year in the beginning when playing CFB25. Not even half way through my first game in my dynasty and the game crashes and shuts off my Xbox. This is an ongoing issue with EA  games, happens in nhl 25 all the time  and that’s still not fixed. 

Just posted that this happened to me as well. Happens when I play NHL too. This happened in the beginning last year when CFB25 launched as well.  Think it took about a week to fix  

In my very first game in the 2nd Quarter the game locked up my Xbox Series X and shut if off about 3 seconds later. This happened in about 70% of my games last year and the fact it is back is frustrating beyond belief. Does this happen to anyone else / Does EA or Xbox have an actual fix to this outside of uninstalling and reinstalling?

I played through my whole high school career on Road to Glory but now when I got to college everytime I try to go to practice and load in my game just freezes and I have to restart my game it’s really frustrating because I was having the same freezing problem midway through CFB 25 and I don’t think it’s my console because I already tried all the game freezing fixes for it. I paid $143 dollars for the MVP bundle just for me not to be able to play the game it’s really frustrating.

Can confirm that I’m having some success on playing in Dynasty but I’m still getting crashes. Like the one I just had I just scored a TD and it crashes in the celebration. White screen and it rebooted my console.

Certain EA games only crash on specific model(s) of the Xbox in which it’s gone on for 3 years with no fix meaning that it’s either too costly or not feasible for EA to fix whatever the issue is making the game incompatible with those models. My biggest frustration with CFB is that Madden crashes as well, but is playable still because you can resume your game after the game crashes while CFB doesn’t even have that feature which makes it unplayable. If they can’t fix the crashing issue, the least they can do is simply add a resume game feature for those whom the game crashes for to make it playable like Madden is. 

I had this issue last year as well and nobody at EA cared to fix it. A large group had an issue last year where the game would freeze up mid game at random points, primarily within screen transitions, and crash, saving no progress. Last year the issue slightly improved about a month into the games cycle but not due to a specific fix. I can’t play the game I paid 70 dollars for and am very upset that this is happening a 2nd year in a row

I simmed a full dynasty season today and had no issues with menus or recruiting.

This evening I tried to play a game and even just do practice…….the games let’s me play for 1-15 plays then it slows down, audio glitch, and boots to dashboard. I updated Xbox and cleared game cache. Anyone else having dashboard crashes mid game?
