If resetting your EA account password didn't clear things up and the account is currently disabled, our support team may need to help get that updated for you.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
I’m currently having the same issue. With the random “disabled” email address attached

If you're running into the same issue, please follow the same steps posted earlier, thanks! You'll need to get in touch with support as well if a password reset didn't do the trick.
I tried this yesterday and it’s not showing a response or open cases
