I need help or a refund
Pre order college 27 and even after I had it couple days I been freezing up on me like in 4th quarter it don't do it often but here lately it getting worse

It acting up again I got threw one game then it froze up on me
Its working better
I was playing dynasty offline and I was on the practice field. My screen went black while playing. Checked internet and all my other games load just fine. I have deleted and reinstalled the game with no luck on resolving my issue.

If you happen to be on Xbox, can you check if playing at 720P resolution has any effect on this please?
