Not letting me play

So on Xbox when cfb comes out for preorder those who don’t have it can do a 10 hour pre trial with ea play if they have it. So I pre ordered it and when I opened the game it told me about the trial. I said I wanted to play the full game but whenever I did that it always kicked me out of the server and kept bringing up the trial. It said I didn’t own it even tho I bought it and downloaded it. So I decided to just play the full trial and once I finished it kicked me out of the game and said I’m too early even tho I pre ordered it. When I opened the game it said play the full version or whatever and it just wouldn’t work. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and hopefully that works but if not then how do I fix this?
