Re: Game Crashing [Info Requested]

Please fix this. THE GAME IS CRASHING EVERY DYNASTY GAME ON PS5 AND XBOX PLZ FIX VERY FRUSTRATING

I'm in Season 2 and trying to play the 1st game and it keeps crashing mid game. I can't even get to the 2nd half. Anyone else having this issue and know how to fix please? It has crashed 4 times since the Update

Having the same issue. Completed season one and game 1 of season 2. I get through at most one half of game 2 and it crashes. Tried everything and it just keeps crashing. If you find anyway to fix this please let me know.

Just received this message from EA Support... grain of salt may be needed

"I just checked our team and yes, we have also received similar contacts from other players. The good thing is that our involved team is aware of the problem and already working on a fix for it. So you don't have to worry as the problem is not on your side and will be solved really soon." 

Man this is driving me crazy downloaded a bunch of teams to add into dynasty with me along with me using one of my own downloaded team builder and it glitches freezes and kicks to dashboard every time it’s infuriating I seem to not crash that much if at all using regular teams in dynasty but my team builder crashes and kicks every time I pray they fix this crap it’s infuriating 

Not sure how you even got ahold of anyone on EA support. Seems impossible. But hopefully they actually do something about it. Been so frustrating so far. 

Just like the title says I haven't been able to play through a game without a crash since the update on my PS5 Digital. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I've tried restoring the PS5 to factory settings several times and uninstalling/reinstalling the game. Any other tips? 

For the last two days Ive been have been unable to play my Online Dynasty and complete a game. The game is, quite literally, unplayable at the moment.

Description of issue: My game fully crashes out to the Playstation home screen during Dynasty games, after TDs or quarter breaks. It seems the game state transition is potentially what causes the issue?

Technical Details: Platform - Playstation 5 (standard, digital edition). Pre-order Deluxe Edition of CFB26. Game mode issue is currently in my Online Dynasty (unsure if this happens in other modes/games, I only play Dynasty). 

Potentially pertinent info, I am using a Team Builder created team and my own custom playbook (crash also happens with a standard playbook as well). 

Timing/Frequency: Yesterday it happened every other game or so, today the furthest I can get in gameplay is 1 quarter. As soon as the quarter breaks, the game crashes out. 

Looking around the forums this is a common problem across multiple platforms. Can we please get an acknowledgment of this issue and communication on a timeline for a fix? I'd like to at least know that the dev team is aware of this issue and investigating. I understand you guys are hard at work on multiple issues, but it would be helpful to know that this is on the radar.

Troubleshooting that I've attempted that has not resolved the issue: 

1. Deleted and re-installed the game.
2. Cleared PS5 system cache.
3. Rebuilt PS5 system database.

Same situation for me as well.

Second year of dynasty with custom team always during the first quarter of the same game. I have tried the following and I have been unable to get past this error after a dozen or so attempts. 

• Cleared cache
• Uninstalled/reinstalled game 
• Rebuilt database

Other steps I’ve tried - as recommended from Reddit and CFB25 - I started a new dynasty and simulated a game, then tried to play my real dynasty. Still didn’t work. Now the crash happens after 3-4 plays instead of 1 full quarter.

Please help address this, massive bummer that the game is unplayable.

Additional context based off seeing others posts on the matter, this is my second season in my Dynasty and I am currently in the first round of the CFP.

I am in the second season of my Team Builder dynasty and all of a sudden I can not get past the 3rd game of the season. Every time I go to play it it crashes either at the end of the 1st quarter or when the first penalty is called of the game. This has happened at least 10 times, I am seeing this problem posted in other forums with no response, please fix this.

Lol practice makes perfect. CFB25 did the same thing but it happened in CUT. RTG was Fine havent played since i finished freshman yr. Any fixes. This happens to me but I’m on Xbox. Super frustrating 

The worst part is how many people are having this issue now, and had the same one last year and there are 0 comms from EA or the devs. Really brutal support.

I'm having the same issue - didn't have a single issue until yesterday, now I can't get through a single game.  Timing is random - happens in any quarter, no particular rhyme or reason.  I'm using a Team Builder team in dynasty - was able to get through an entire season with another TB team, can't get through a game in the second one.

They won't do anything, they do not care and the only fix I've heard that's been positive is a new system
