Trouble with kicking+fieldgoals+movements..

HELP PLEASE!!! 😔😔😥 .Whether I play offline or online,  I'm experiencing recent problems with what seems to be a lag in response time when I press the button on the controllers and in the game. For example, when I do kickoffs, I press the button, and it doesn't stop the meter on time. So every time I kick the ball out of bounds. The same thing with extra points. 

I also notice that now when I do a juke move or player movement, it feels a little behind the actual time I press the buttons on the controllers. 

My controllers appear to be fine when I play other games, but this started when I changed my internet provider. HELP.......
