Why can't I download my created teams?

I have created teams and they how up in my teambuilder, but when I try to search for them in the CFB26 PS5 game it says "No search results found". I have tried to search for them under my username and also by the team name as well. And they do not show up under "My Sharing or Download history". I didn't have a problem until EA did their maintenance shutdown, and after that I have completely locked out of using my created teams. I have already opened 2 cases with EA, which have provided nothing for me so far (that's been 6 days ago).  I find it hard to believe that my created teams are just floating around for everyone else to use, but for me (the creator) I cannot have access to them.  I would appreciate any constructive advice. I have tried multiple other things as instructed to me, but I don't want to bore you all with all of that.  Thanks
