What’s different for me is that I don’t have any notice on my account and I can access all of the content within the game. I just had all of my coins taken. Two days now and I’ve only been given the run around and told to wait for an email that I won’t be able to respond to in 10 days…has anyone had their account fixed after going through these silly hoops? I’ve literally not found anyone in these forums or Reddit. Why doesn’t EA actually try to help their paying customers? It doesn’t make any sense to me.
My account also shows no penalties. They did remove access to the AH and wiped my coins though
