Auction House Ban

Today I hopped on CFB 26 to play some Ultimate Team. When I hopped on I realized that I had been banned from the auction house. I have only ever bought points from the shop, no clue how my account was flagged for a ban. This now makes me never want to buy points from the shop again in fear that I will be banned for using them.
