Banned during the new signing day event

Just got permanently banned during the signing day event for cheating. Hoping this is a mistake I'm so upset right now all the money and time spent for nothing. I didn't cheat I was taking part in quitting the game if I was the away team for quick points. I didn't think that warranted a permanent ban. 

My email says permanently banned but the ticket on the site says warning and PC platform even though I was playing on play station.

    Hello PSNisgarbage​,

    please contact EA Support to submit an appeal for the ban. We don't have access to account information here in the forum and can't help with sanctions.

    We don't have any access or insight into bans and appeals here, so I can't really give an opinion on that. Every case is individually reviewed by the Terms of Services Team, which is separate from our team here on the forum.

    Same here and nothing wrong was done; to be banned after spending hard earned money on this game and the time spent grinding is insane. I put in an appeal instantly and they have still done nothing not even a reason as to why!!

    I promise you might as well make a new ea account and start from scratch, no money spent. It took me 25 days to get unbanned after a false ban.
