Challenges not loading

Every time I try to open challenges it just stay on a blank screen. Any one else having this issue? I tried to uninstall   and and install again.

    I wanted to let you know that we are looking into the issues that can sometimes prevent Challenges from loading properly. As soon as I've got any updates to share on this, I'll follow up here and let you know.

I am also having the same problem. This is very frustrating as we all spent extra money to get the game before it fully releases and we can’t even access preorder content. There should be some sort of in game compensation for this as everyone who is having this problem spent their own hard earned money to get the game early. Please fix this EA or you’ve lost a customer.
