College Football 26 Auction House Ban

Today i was playing College Football 26 because it’s been awhile since i played and i saw that there was a new season out. Everything was normal when i had first got on the game, i was looking at the auction house and the catalog to see what new players are out and how much they go for. I did that for about 5 minutes then out of nowhere my game says my auction house access is restricted. For what? i don’t even know i didn’t do anything wrong. Didn’t buy anything, I didn’t sell anything so i don’t understand. Can anyone help with this?

    Marking as solved only for visibility. We are currently working on fixing the Auction House issue.

    It looks like someone beat me to it, but I wanted to drop in and let you know that we're working on getting the Auction House back up and running. 

    Please keep an eye out on the thread linked below for updates:

    Thanks for being patient with us while we're working on getting it fixed. 

    Update 10/2: 

    The Auction House has been re-enabled in both Madden NFL 26 and College Football 26. 

    Please note that bidding is still disabled while we continue working on fixing an issue. For the time being, you can still use the Buy Now option. 

    We'll let you know as soon as we have more updates.

    How long will it take to lift auction house restrictions? I got on this morning and still have the same message on my auctions with the new update and all?? Never even bought coins this is ridiculous!! EA fix your **bleep** spent $70 for his game not to glitch and malfunction for this long!

    The auction house is restricted for me all of a sudden today. There is zero reason I should be banned too. Not one infraction and I’ve never farmed or bought coins. So wtf is going on? 
    This makes zero sense and you guys won’t email me back explaining what is going on.

    Yea why the hell am I blocked from the auction house???? Haven’t done anything against the code of conduct or any sort of bylaws. 
    Log on today and I’m restricted from the auction house? I spent $500> maybe is why? And my team sky rocketed but I get a ban from buying from y’all?! Been grinding head2head and I do not get to upgrade my team thru the auction house because it’s been restricted for at least 10 hours+. I want my money back and going to give a formal complaint if this continues longer than 3 business days. Fix it EA…

    As a CA resident I'd like to request a refund for Madden 26. When purchasing the disc there was no clear sign indicating a "no refund policy". Therefore in accordance with CA consumer protection, we're entitled to a complete refund.

    I was banned last month for something I didn’t do they said I was distributing coins because my friend bought one of my cards. But they never told me how long I was banned for if it’s temporary or permanent because if it’s permanently then I don’t wanna keep spending tons of money on packs like I do and I’ll quit playing Ea game. Anyway I can find out how long my ban is for?
