Agree. It seems when an issue or glitch is in favor for the players, they have someone jump on it ASAP. When it is an issue in their favor they don't care about getting it rectified to help their customers, they take whatever time they want to. I refuse to put anymore money to EA. And it is not like they dont have resources to do so. They can make it happen IF they want to. I could see if they had issues every once in a blue moon but it seems to happen way to often. Like how do you ban players for playing your game with rules you make up and thousands are following.
