Im currently trying to get cosmetics awarded to my battlefield 6 account for challenges that have been completed multiple times and they keep telling me to do the same crap over and over again then ignoring my emails and not monitoring it. I then go to reopen the case and everything freezes on the website.... its a **bleep** redbull dogtag and the challenge is on the game. If its not active then remove it from the game but stop sending me in a loop of the same thing over and over especially when. They arent even reading my full initial concern which states I've done all the nonsense they want me to do for the 50th time with no results. Like how can they not give you digital goods for your account you earned on the game you paid full price for.
Lastly when they do respond to my emails its at like 2 am. Why do they have customer support for US customers based in some other place where their working hours are sleeping hours for the US or Europe then if you dont respond right away they just ditch your case and your back trying to send in emails that get automated responses about not being monitored or you have to try and reopen a case and the page freezes. I think I made a mistake buying a game from ea at this point
