False advertisement

I'm not getting my pack for winning in head to head shows 1 win featured reward u receive a national championship pack...I know it's probably a error on ea end...but that's false advertising...it should me made right if we are not getting the pack after we win...make it right ea...dont let me down with false advertisement...I love ur games but mistakes are mistakes...I'll always be playing..thanks for the games ea they do get better each year...but please make it right with this mistake
