I have been speaking with them all day

Talked to them all day about the same problem I should have been in top 100 but the points never registered thankfully I got some real help on the live chat and they said they are working on this problem at the moment hopefully we see a change and I get my pack

    They say they're working on a solution, but they most definitely aren't. Because I've talked to them on other issues, and they said the same thing, but the problem never got fixed.
