Yeah, when EA started allowing robots to ban and limit account on their own they really messed up. It's unethical. Happened to me tonight too. Lost over 3 million coins. Probably because I use remote play a lot for the auction house, and I make a lot of coins. They are shielded by their shady terms of service which blanket allows them to take things you paid for under false pretences with ought human oversight. Pretty nuts. Like you, I spent a lot of time getting those coins, and they just ruined the only mode I play. It should get overturned, but they will never reimburse for the time lost, coins you could have made, promo items missed, etc.... It's ludicrous. I made a post as well hoping they will reconsider how much power they give to ai bots that don't use common sense
