Missing EA Play Reward and Loyalist Packs for July

Good morning, EA Forum,

Same as last year, not receiving EA Play rewards. Members should have received 2 packs just for logging in since launch. Opened a case with EA Help today and was given this response:

( 7m 12s ) XXXXXX: Thanks for waiting. I just checked it for you and apparently, it is a\ Known issue right now, we're aware of this issue and also this issue is been reported by many other players from around the player and the team is looking into it for our players and once there will be any updates it will be posted on the Twitter handle so I would request you to please keep an eye on that for the updates on the issue.

( 7m 14s ) XXXXXX: So, we're asking the players to wait until there is any updates on the case and once there will be any updates the players will get to know about it.

Wanted to post this here for visibility since I haven't seen any posts on X/Twitter or on this forum. 

Anyone received their loyalist packs yet?

    Same here. Weirdly, it also occasionally prompts me to sign up for EA plus (which I’ve had for years), when I open the game. Thought that might explain why

    This is the new screen you get now after taking the time to open an issue with EA Help - Guess that's the best way to deal with issues, especially when people are paying a subscription and supposed to get rewards - Sure EA just ignore it and that will solve it: 😂

    Man they really don't gaf and what sucks is they really won't return our coins. There's no pack that will get me my coins back beside getting the player I  bet on.  This sucks.  Im really hurt and I don't like being treated like a bish so I'm no longer playing this game again if I don't get my coins or something to make this right and if I don't play that means my brother won't either and that's two playing players gone.  EA SPORTS WAKE TF UP PLEASE.
