Rewards not tracking in this weeks Hall of records H2H event.

I’ve won 4 games so far and have not received the rewards for level 1 and level 2. It also says the total number of games played is 1. Why are my wins tracking but rewards an games played not? Seems like there has been an issue with events as of late. This isn’t the only event I’ve had issues with. None of my wins counted during the rush events. I’ve tried opening tickets and it gets no where.

Why is there no fix to this? I’ve tried reaching out and opening tickets but it gets no where 

Same for me. Finished all 10 wins and didn’t get a single reward or the token at the end. Also the cpu event I didn’t get rewards 

MashLo is gamertag and I play on Xbox.

Can I have my makerights for the St.Patricks day rush event please?!

Hey! This is the second week and still no rewards from the Proving Grounds event. Can someone please help with this issue. 

Same thing happening to me. EA please help! 

What does approved mean?

This is my third week in a  row with no rewards from Record breakers events. Both Hall of records and Proving grounds. PSN Doc___215

yup no token for me this week

This started for me 6 weeks ago. Reported as a bug on this site, 

Did not receive the rewards for completing Proving Grounds CPU event | EA Forums - 13247611

and reported to EA Help. Was told it was known issue. Also affected Homegrown, Eggstra, and now the Gone Pro events. Still not fixed. Stinks because the users affected are not able to earn the rewards for any of these events.
