Season 5 Captain Charles Woodson glitched

Hey all,

Trying to find a fix for my Charles Woodson. Got him when I bought the field pass but his challenges won’t unlock after adding him to my lineup. He is showing as a 255 overall on the “My Team” top 5. And he has no card art when looking at my lineup. See pictures. Any solutions?
