Season 5 Captain Charles Woodson glitched

Hey all,

Trying to find a fix for my Charles Woodson. Got him when I bought the field pass but his challenges won’t unlock after adding him to my lineup. He is showing as a 255 overall on the “My Team” top 5. And he has no card art when looking at my lineup. See pictures. Any solutions?

    Why can’t we max upgrade them if we’ve unlocked everything? Are we being penalized for being no money spent players?

    This only happens when he is played out of position. He’s my CB1 with a 94 ovr and all my challenges tracked.
