The game soft locks or crashes so often I can't enjoy UT

At least once a day I get soft locked or dysnced or disconnected from squads games, If not me, my teammate will. Often games just stop functioning and I'm looking at random camera angles of the field. I can't finish an online season without a disconnect ruining my playoffs. I've had back-to-back disconnects. This mode isn't fun when its not stable.
