    cannot believe a company as big as EA are this incompetent. How can you not provide the reward after so much of effort was put into it? Come on EA fix this problem!!! 

  • What makes it worse no one is willing to look into my gamertag and EA account to provide me help. I never thought a company as big as EA would act this way towards there player base. This experience has left me extremely frustrated. Not even empathy or acknowledgment of the situation and the reassurance that we will take a look into it for you.

    I swear they’re just repeatedly telling people their “team is working on it” but not actually doing anything and just hoping people move on. I’ve never experienced customer service this terrible before. They even have one customer service agent, named Piyush, that’s just overtly a **bleep** and he’ll guarantee you that uninstalling and then reinstalling the game will fix it, and then he just bails from the chat

  • Zero transparency as well. Why is there not a screen shot sent out on your socials showing the gamertags of who made the top 100 on each console and the points they accumulated for the season. Would this not be a common thing to show to your community. Instead we have to go with *just trust me bro*. Is this some kind of sick joke?

    Also the fact that they are giving out the top 100 card without even showing proof to the community on who actually achieved it. EA you cant do this to your player base who have dedicated their time to put in so much effort towards it. Please fix it!!!
