Where is my College Kickoff upgrade token for 8/22?

Did not receive the College Kickoff upgrade token for today (8-22). I restarted game and PS5. Played a few other games in between and also cleared my cache and checked for updates. Anyone else have a solution to this? I saw on another chat that others have not received today as well.

    Update: the missing tokens were sent out to those affected by this issue. Thanks for your patience while we were looking into this.

    Same. I have not received the upgrade tokens for last 3 days - Last upgrade token received was on Thursday, 8/21 - I also reported the bug to EA help.

    EA_Kent​ Hope you or another moderator sees this and helps to alert EA developers.

    Did not receive College Kickoff upgrade token for Bryce Boettcher on 8/22.

    Same here. I did receive another College Kickoff pack this morning, but it contained the entry token instead of the upgrade token.

    I also received another entry token this morning, I was in hopes that waiting the 24 hours I read it could take to receive the upgrade would pan out but nothing.

    Same thing is happening today. I didn't get the upgrade token yesterday (8/22) or today (8/23).

    Yep, same issue today. I have been diligent this go around with logging in for the Boettcher upgrade and now two days (8/22) and (8/23) no upgrade token. This is the first time I wasn’t out of town and able to login this much, has this been an issue in the past? What can be done to fix this?
