Why are my wins not tracking in The Gauntlet?

I paid the 50,000 coin entry fee for the gauntlet. I started playing my first game, and about half way through my opponent quit the game. When it sent me back to the hub it didn’t credit me for a win or a loss, and it’s saying that I have to pay the entry fee again. So I paid 50k to enter, got a win, and it basically just took my 50k and says I have to pay the entry fee again.

Update: the visual issue with wins not appearing to track in The Gauntlet has been fixed. Thank you for being patient as we were working to get this resolved.

I have played two games in the gauntlet, both times ending with the opponent "losing connection." But now gauntlet screen is showing no progress, no wins or losses shown as any progress. The obvious concern is if the system is being hacked by forced disconnects...

I've been having this same issue. After first quarter the game freezes and after a 15 min standoff my opponent quits but I go back and nothing is tracked... I can't play a gauntlet game (I've tried 5 times now) and I spent 50,000 coins

yall solved it for gauntlet but not regular season because I was just up by two touchdowns and the guy quit and I got stuck on a screen where I was looking at the field for 45 minutes so I left closed app and it gave me the loss and I’m kind of upset because I was doing well this season
