Wrongful ban

I was banned recently and I just started playing Ultimate Team, I spent 15 dollars to be banned within a week of play with little to no explanation. I’ve had a appeal up for awhile now and the won’t respond, even if I go to my penalty’s on my ea account there is nothing there in that tab.
