I was just in a chat with. guy that said he opened another case and got to speak to an agent and the agent said that most people got put on a 7 day suspension so i’m hoping mine gets lifted tonight
Yeah the agent is full of it too, they messed up and can’t give people an honest answer. They lifted my ban but never said a word to me as to why it happened or an apology, I asked for make rights and the agent sent me here. Said EA support helps people all the time on this forum and I have yet to see a thing.
