Download for Beta not appearing

Got the same problem got the code but no download to Xbox. It says I can play but then ask me do you own this game or app..need a fix..

If you’re playing on Xbox, you have to go to your games library and look for CFB 27. It should show up after you redeem your code. 

This happened to me as well. I might of just not had enough storage??

My code worked. My download never showed up, and the game does not appear in My Games or Library

I redeemed my code and it went through but the game isn’t in my queue. Ea help please 

Ok, so I found the game deep in a menu. I did a general search for "college football" using the magnifying glass search option at the top of the Xbox Home screen. 

Had to scroll all the way down to the bottom through all of the previous games and other add on coins/cash. There the Beta was sitting. 

Maybe for me it was a storage issue 

Same issue on Xbox.
