Freezing (new patch?)

A new patch was recently released and applied. I share this because this hasn't happened until now.  Now my game is freezing after I complete a game.  I return to hub and when this happens, the game goes into the endless loop and the only way to recover is to restart the system (ps5).  It doesn't seem that bad, until you realize that when you restart and get back to the game screen, the game you just played and finished has not counted and you have to replay the game again.  The problem is the freezes happen once every 2-3 games I play and sometimes it happens multiple time in a row playing so I am have to play the same game 2-4 times before the freeze doesn't happen.  THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!
