Online Dynasty Deleted After Latest Update

After installing the latest College Football 27 update, my Online Dynasty was completely deleted.

Before the update, everything was working normally. After launching the game, my Online Dynasty was gone and no longer appears in my dynasty list.

I’m on Xbox Series X, and this dynasty was 12 seasons deep. Losing that much progress after an update is extremely frustrating.

Has anyone else had their Online Dynasty disappear after the latest update? If this is a known issue, I’d appreciate an acknowledgment from the EA team and any information on whether these dynasties can be recovered.

Please investigate this issue, as losing a 12-season Online Dynasty after an update is a major problem.
