Alternate jerseys not loading

Every time playing road to the cfp when we choose an alternate jersey in which we grinded numerous hours for it never loads always resulting in the home Jersey or the away jersey I realize that this has been brought to EA's attention but how come nothing is being done this is been an ongoing issue since day one of the game launch is it ever going to be corrected and if so when
