EA App Crashes and goes back to library when starting College Football 27

Hey, Having an error when launching College Football ea play trial from the ea app, it will load to this screen and then go back to library after: Attaching DxDiag aswell in attachments...

Thanks for the Dxdiag, it looks like EA anticheat is the issue here. Some troubleshooting steps: 

1) Browse to the game's installation folder:   ...\__Installer\EAAntiCheat\

Run: EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe

Then:

  1. Uninstall EA Anti-Cheat
  2. Restart the PC
  3. Install EA Anti-Cheat again
  4. Restart once more

 

2) Use the EA App (or Steam if applicable) to Repair/Verify the game files.

Retry playing once you have completed these steps and let us know how you get on. Thank you. EA_Barry.
