EA App Crashes and goes back to library when starting College Football 27

Hey, Having an error when launching College Football ea play trial from the ea app, it will load to this screen and then go back to library after: Attaching DxDiag aswell in attachments...

Thanks for the timely response. I followed the steps to uninstall EA Anti Cheat, Restart, Reinstall, Restart, and repair the game. Still having no luck when starting the game it goes through starting EA Javelin Anti Cheat and says Launching game then brings me back to the EA App.

Have you also tried running the game or program as administrator? If the service still won’t start, please make sure the permissions are set correctly. When the Windows UAC prompt appears, please select Yes to allow it.

Please also check your antivirus software and make sure the anti-cheat-related files have been added to the allow list, including:

  • EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe in the game installation folder
  • The anti-cheat service located in C:\Program Files\EA\AC

Lastly, please check Windows Update and make sure your system is fully up to date.
