EA Black Flag Spamming Menu (PC)

Mine is doing the same. 

I'm having the same issue. Have tried numerous different settings and both PS5 and Xbox controllers.

after spending several hours on this, still no resolution - I believe the issue is something within the game switching my active profile from the controller I'm using to keyboard mouse profile by itself. I manually switch it to the controller I'm using and then any type of input at all just flips it back. No idea how to fix that.

I've even switched the profile to controller and then physically unplugged the mouse and keyboard hoping it would maybe not register them at all anymore and NOPE. The second I hit a button with the controller just goes back to the loop of black flag animations and at the bottom right corner says REBUILDING ENVIRONMENT 

issue 1. When selecting a main menu function. it restarts back to the beginning. Once I turn off Bluetooth and back on for my controller, it works fine. have to do this every time I get into the game.

issue 2. during road of glory. the game crashes after selecting to play a high school game. it goes to the flag then crashes. 

if I would of known this was going to happened I wouldn't of paid for it. worst experience with EA

RTG keeps crashing. Right when a match is loading (flag waving scene) the game freezes... Every time... I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache, new save files, repairing files... Nothing works. Was this game released with a major bug? I reported this on the form a few days ago and got no response from EA.

Can someone please tell me how to get in touch with EA customer support, not a bot that ignores what I say and sends me to irrelevant articles not related to my issue, how to talk to an actual human being from EA? Does EA staff any humans for product support?

Every time I try and load into a high school match in rtg I get stuck on the black flag screen. I've tried numerous supposed fixes yet nothing works so playing rtg is simply not an option. Pretty **bleep** when considering I paid for the deluxe gaining early access just to not be able to play my favorite game mode.

Why do these forms even exist if EA won't do anything to help the customers who buy the products. I understand EA cares about shareholders over customers, but this game has shown me how little they care about the consumers.... The fuel that keeps their company going....

I would appreciate it if anyone from EA would respond or acknowledge this and help me generate a ticket or lead me to customer service. This bug really surprised me. I'm used to the quality of EA games being top of the line.
