MVP+ Membership/ Trial Error

Every single time I try to load college football 27 I get past the main menu and as soon as the game is about to start, it gives me this pop-up.

I have uninstalled multiple times, hard reset my console multiple times, signed in and signed out, etc.

Please fix this. As shown in the attachments, I’ve clearly downloaded on the same account. Many people are having this issue and we don’t have a fix.

Same exact thing is happening to me it only lets me in after I restart my console then the message pops up after playing a game

Yeah I’m having the same issue I can’t play the game without the ea play trial error screen popping up even though I have the mvp subscription 

Yeah I have to restart after every practice and game.

Thank you for the heads up on this. 

I wanted to drop in and let you know that we are currently looking into the cause of the trial error. As soon as we've got any updates we will follow up here and let you know. 

We appreciate you bearing with us while we are looking into this. 

In the meantime, there are a couple things I'd like to try. Please give this a shot when you have the chance: 

• First, make sure that you've claimed the MVP Bundle from the Store Page. If you open the MVP Bundle page on the PSN or Xbox Store, you should see an option there to "get" the MVP Bundle. Once you've done that, please try launching College Football 27 one more time. 
• Try shutting down your console and restarting, then relaunching College Football 27.

Literally having the same exact issue. Didn't pay for that insanely overpriced service just to not recieve the the perks

I purchased the mvp+ membership YESTERDAY and I was just playing about 30 minutes ago and now when I try playing it says “ea trial” this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. I am on the account I downloaded it and the same account I purchased the mvp+ membership someone help me

Yep same issue here. Got into both beta games no problem, but this Trial account issue sucks. We've need the early access we paid for.

Yeah I’ve tried everything and I still can’t get into the game like when I pull up college football 27 it’s says I own it and when I go to add ons everything I need for the early access is downloaded
