My game keeps crashing and I did everything correctly and it still crashes

I just bought college football 27 pc and before you ask yes everything is up to date and yes I did all the steps no matter what ,ode or even in the menu screen the game just crashes I even did eveything that I saw on google and it still crashes and yes my gameing PC is well powerful enough to play this game 1000x over whats crazy that madden 26 plays just fine and I know madden 27 will to butcollege football pc keeps crashing for no reason here are the screenshots of what I was able to get alone with my PC specs as wellI need help with this issue its not fair if I paid good money and this is happening right off the bat.

    I go to EA help and the **bleep** AI keeps sending me to a page that doesn't apply smd

    I really need help I did everything and it still won't stop crashing the only thing I didn't do is do a full on factory reset on my gaming pc which I will not do ever again and I already posted the screenshots of what its says and its the anti cheat and once again there is nothing wrong with my gaming pc so don't assume or ask cause I already went to two different gaming PC pros that builds them and one of them is a non profit that builds them for disabled veterans like myself they even flew out here to las vegas even they said there isn't anything wrong with my gaming PC so if there is any EA reps online now please help in this situation I don't like feeling like I just bought a game that will not play on my gaming PC and FYI I don't have any issues with Madden 26 either it plays on my gaming PC with no issues and I have no doubt Madden 27 will be the same.

    Just fired the game up for the first time since update, and having it crash in RtCFP as soon as the match starts. I've "lost" 4 games this way now. So frustrating, especially since it was working perfectly before.

    Yeah that leads me to think there’s an issue with the update that came out literally 2 days ago haha! Hoping EA will fix this fast. I’m playing on PC and I recommend uninstalling the ea app in settings and reinstalling via web browser. Keep the game downloaded. My game is working now but we will see if it does what it did before. Would happen randomly for me. I previously uninstalled the game and redownloaded but that didn’t work. So at least I’ve made some progress. 

    - edit. Stopped working again. Classic. Game freezes for 0 reason at menu. All other games work fine on my PC other than EA games.

    Having the exact same issue today but I’ve owned the game since launch. Extremely disappointed the update seems to have broke the game.
