Road to CFP Mode Online, It Desyncs At kickoff

I am trying to play competitive mode on Cfb27 and it keeps saying a desync has occurred and i'm trying to play competitive mode and its very hard to play

The problem I started running into was on Friday July 10th. Every time I would go to play the road to college football playoffs with the Oregon ducks it would give me two error notifications and then take me back to the main menu. later I found out that is because the eggshell uniforms are equipped.

A couple days later, I found out that you can continue to play the road to college football mode with different teams as long as you don’t play as Oregon but then I started getting a Desync error right after the cinematic pregame intro animations with EVERY TEAM so now I am unable to play the road to college footballs playoffs ENTIRELY!!! I ended up wanting to try out CUT. I spent an hour making my team and then went to go play a regular head-to-head and it gave me the exact same desync error!!!!

I have not been able to play online for 5 days now, I paid $150 for a game that literally doesn’t work. The worst part is that Xbox will not give me a refund. I’ve talked to 5 EA advisors and none their troubleshoots helped. I also talked to an Xbox advisor and none of their troubleshoots worked either!!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! THE WORST LAUNCH OF A GAME EVER!!!!!!!

TROUBLESHOOTS THAT DIDN'T WORK

Reset Console (keep games and apps)

Tried mobile hotspot

Unplugged Ethernet Cable 

connected wirelessly 

removed all profiles from Xbox 

changed from 120hz to 60hz

changed from 4K to 1440p

changed multiple display settings (HDR)

uninstalled and reinstalled 

deleted all saved data (saved in the cloud)

deleted reversed space 

made my Xbox my home Xbox 

cleared MAC address 

Deleted clips and screenshots of the game

Canceled quick resume 

hard reset console and unplugged power

disconnected headset USB

IN-GAME

Deleted all my offensive and defensive macros

deleted depth charts 

deleted rosters 

Played as different teams 

changed uniforms 

Changed favorite team 

I talked to 5 EA ADVISORS AND NONE OF THEM HAD AN ANSWER!!!!!!

If you are using Oregon with the eggshell uniform, try another uniform please. Do let us know if this helps you play.

Hey Barry , I use Indiana and Alabama and Even Deleted Any Files i saved Like Roster and Playbook as well . I Posted in Link as well Thanks !

I get desync before kickoff every game in online dynasty and road to glory.  

Started last night, never had this issue before

Deleted cache, hard reset xbox, Deleted and re-download the game, deleted custom playbooks, Deleted macros, took of quick restart on xbox. Nothing is working. Game is unplayable becaude of this. 

Anyone else having this issue?

every user game I’ve tried to play within dynasty mode is desyncing before the kickoff. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve restart my system, and test my internet connection many times ( I’m LAN connected).

Yep just Reported it to EA Team
