RTG Freezes After Every Game During 3rd Season

Every game i play in post game menu it says return to hub. I click it and it never loads the menu. It just plays music with a frozen screen. I have to control alt delete force close game and relaunch just to continue playing. Im getting tired of doing that when i shouldnt be having issues. Im in 3rd season and first 2 seasons played just fine. All of a sudden it dont load menus after a game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and repaired files and still doing it. 

Yes, it freezes at the locker screen. When i restart and reset the Xbox it continues with some kind of dialogue (coach talking, something like that). it is annoying because it happens every game and I have to go through reset, delete the reserved space save and start the game again. This started in my 3rd season.

Glad I am not the only having the same issue

PlayStation

• Fully close the game instead of using Rest Mode.
• Make sure the game is updated to the latest version.
• Power cycle the console.

• Fully quit the game instead of using Quick Resume.
• Restart the console.
• Make sure the game is updated to the latest version.
• If you're comfortable doing so, some players have reported temporarily getting past certain RTG progression issues by clearing the game's Reserved Space and letting it rebuild on launch.
  
  

A couple of questions that may help us compare reports:

• Does the freeze happen after every game, or did it begin after reaching a certain point in your RTG career, like a specific season or year?
• After restarting the game, are you able to continue normally until the next game, or does it freeze again at the same point every time?
• Are you able to start a new game and play as normal, or does it just rinse and repeat?

It happens after every game, I close the game in Xbox and am able to enter the game again and pick up where it froze and continue to play the next game  This happened during the 3rd season. I also had the same thing happen my previous RTG game and wiped it, but it also happened 3rd season same problem, and yes at the end of the game it does the same thing.

Frecat​ Gotcha. So 3rd season seems to be a common issue. That is good. I am going to update this to get some info from everyone as I am seeing more and want to get this over to them. I see other RTG issues but not this one specifically.

So, it seems that after the 3rd season, we see more reports of the game freezing, and steps need to be taken, but then some end up in a loop.

Update: Thank you to everyone who updated the thread. The info has been sent over to the team; they are aware and looking at this one. Will update the thread as we get more info!

We have reports from players that state if you run into a freeze/crash/animation block, etc., close the game completely, then go back in and it should push you through to the next season. This has not worked for everyone but is the most reported workaround.

For PlayStation users, try the steps here:

Make sure you signed in to your PSN and everything. After playing a game on RTG, hit the L1 button twice to the tab “Player XP Goals”. Then hit continue. I haven’t had any more freezes and it allows me to continue on with my season. I’m already in my senior year. It worked for me and I hope it helps all of you too.

3rd season of road to glory freezes after it gives me my draft report at the end of each game. Super disappointing. I hope there is a patch for this coming soon or I might have to refund it in the shop. 

Tried all this. Even deleted saved game and the game itself. The reinstalled it. Still freezes. Definitely needs a bug fix badly.

Yeah like wat am i paying 70 dollars for ? For a game thats not complete i could have stayed on 26 or 25 and not bought the new game if i knew i couldn't play this game without it crashing and and i cant even use any of my cap breakers like wats the point of putting them in the game if there not gonna work in the first place?
